Lead the Commerciall team, ensuring that our professionals receive the guidance, support, and mentorship needed for growth.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the sales team, ensuring the achievement of objectives and goals.
  • Develop training and mentoring programs for the team, promoting professional and personal growth.
  • Motivate the team through incentives and recognition of achievements, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential markets.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and potential issues.
  • Participate in commercial negotiations with key clients, ensuring favorable conditions for the company.

  • Bilingual English proficiency, capable of negotiating with U.S. clients.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Creativity in devising business solutions and strategies to increase revenue.
  • Analytical ability to identify opportunities and potential problems in a timely manner.
  • Proven negotiation skills with experience in commercial negotiations.
  • Tendency to seek solutions to problems rather than over-analyze them.
  • Optimistic attitude with the ability to motivate others.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and a strong affinity with technology.
  • Ability to assist and guide the team to increase sales without direct selling.
  • Ability to handle complex situations in a straightforward manner.
  • Willingness to travel to the USA once or twice a year for approximately two weeks.
  • Experience in corporate sales.
  • Proven experience in team management.
