ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS ANALYST

ITG is a Joint-Ventures between Trafigura and IFM investment fund, owning and operating various assets such as ports, terminals and multimodal logistics assets chains in export driven emerging markets for both liquid and dry cargos. It operates as well several assets (owned by Trafigura) under a management service.

Main Purpose:

The person occupying this role will be mainly responsible for booking accounting entries, making accounting controls to verify the accuracy of balance in order to keep accounts of transactions reliable and timely required. Also, he/she will need to be able to both issue documents to customers and book invoices from vendors accurately, for auditing and tax purposes, as well as keeping track and following up customers and vendors balances for reconciliations. Communication with  suppliers and customers to manage invoicing or payment queries is relevant.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Accounting or Administration degree or advanced student.
• Basic - intermediate conversational English level
• Advanced Excel skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to properly plan and organize work volume and tasks
• Team player
